Missed the Finalist Event? Watch What Happened
In April, we flew the four finalists of our Wouldn't It Be Cool If... invention ideas competition to St. Louis, MO to participate in the contest finals. We documented their experiences each step of the way -- night-before jitters included -- leading up to the finalist event held on-site at the 2012 FIRST Robotics Championship.
In addition to pre-event highlights, we've captured moments from the big day, where contest judges named sixteen-year-old Greyson McCluskey our grand prize winner for his idea "Baby Safe Rider." See what our judging panel, which included artist will.i.am; FIRST founder Dean Kamen, Mark Payne, Co-Founder, President and Head of Idea Development at Fahrenheit 212; and Jasmin Hume; PhD candidate at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, had to say about Greyson's idea and those of our other awesome finalists.
